We take appointments Monday-Friday from 9am-630pm (JC 10am) and Saturday's from 9am-430pm
If you will be late, please call and let the shop know. If you are more than 5 minutes late, without call, you will be skipped and the next waiting client will be taken.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled depending on barber/stylist availability.
WALK IN Policy
We take walk ins all day depending on availability. In the event that we don't have any future appointment availability for the day, you are welcome to wait as long as you like for a stylist or barber to work you in between their appointments or, you can make an appointment for another day to guarantee a spot.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you make an appointment and do not call ahead to cancel if you are unable to attend, 3 times within 6 months, you will no longer be able to make appointments but are welcome to walk ins.
If you have been waiting more than 10 minutes passed your appointment time, or 20 minutes passed your expected walk in wait, please let us know!
